Subject to these Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement"), MTW Research ("we", "our", "us") makes available this publication and data or information contained therein (the "Database"). Your purchase or use of this Database constitutes your acknowledgment and assent to be bound by this Agreement.

MTW provide this list to clients with no limitations on type or frequency of usage of the list.  This list was screened against relevant mailing & telephone preference services at the time of production.  Please visit this page to check when the database you are ordering was last updated.  Whilst MTW endeavour to attain high levels of accuracy, information supplied is based on details provided by telephone research and third parties and as such may be prone to errors or omissions, MTW accept no liability for such omissions or errors.  Contact names of primary decision makers provided are sourced from telephone research or companies house and in some cases may be repeated for multiple branch locations.  MTW offer a buyback guarantee above a 20% return rate for mailing records upon production of proof of non-delivery.  Please note that this buyback guarantee does not apply to telephone or email records where non-delivery, returns or ‘no contact’ may be influenced by technical or other issues outside of our control.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws thereof, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts situated in England and Wales in any action arising under this agreement.
